Payment: Once classes are requested, a statement will be sent to your email from the secure PayPal system. Payment can be made through them with credit card, debit card or check.
Cancellation policy: A notice of at least 24 hours is expected for cancellation of classes. A student is given one “freebie” missed class. After that, he/she will be charged for the session when than 24 hours notice is not given. If proper notice is given to change an appointment, no charge will be made to change an appointment.
Materials: No charge is made for materials and they will be sent to you at the first appointment after you are assigned your level. You should print your materials after you receive them for use in classes and for out-of-class studying.
